Terms of use for "Providing financial assistance to married Greek citizens (parents), born in Greece who are permanent residents of the Dodecanese or Evros or Mytilene or Samos or Chios and are going to have a third or more child within the year 2024"

TERMS OF USE

1. Every user must carefully read the present terms before using the system as part of the action entitled “Provision of financial support to married Greek citizens (parents), born in Greece who are permanent residents of the Dodecanese or Evros or Lesvos or Samos or Chios and who are going to have a third child and beyond between 26^th June of 2024 and 26^th June of 2025”, which is carried out by the Foundation with the initiative and support of VIANEX S.A. and in the case of objection refrain. The registration of the user’s details implies express and unreserved acceptance of the present terms of use.
2. i) The user admits that the details he/she states, both those filled in on the special platform (Name, Surname, Father’s name, Phone, E-mail, ID /PASSPORT No., Street – City – P.C.), and those produced when he/she uploads the documentation required by the Foundation (for both (2) parents ID/PASSPORT No., Family Status Certificate, the child’s Certificate of Birth, Tax return for the year 2022, Utility bill from which their permanent residence can be shown), are true, accurate and updated and that his/her every statement functions as a Solemn Declaration for the purposes and with the consequences of L. 1599/1986, as in force.
3. ii) The conditions for participation in the aforementioned action for the collection of the financial support which will be checked, certified and verified by the Foundation, by the aforementioned documentation are:

• Both (2) parents must have concluded a marriage,
• Both (2) must be Greek Citizens with Greek citizenship, born in Greece,
• They must file a tax return,
• They may not have lost parental responsibility or/and custody of a child,
• They must be permanent residents of the Dodecanese, or Evros or Mytilene or Samos or Chios at least since 01/01/2022 and
• They had/are going to have their third or/and further child between 26^th June of 2024 and 26^th June of 2025.

One of the two parents has the right to apply which means that one application is considered per family. In the absence of one of the above-mentioned conditions, the application will be automatically rejected at the initiative of the Foundation with no obligation to inform. In the case of an affirmative answer on the application, it will be given to the beneficiaries at the initiative of the Foundation to the details they stated when submitting the application. There is no time limit for the payment of the financial support on the part of the Foundation to all those entitled to it, but in any case, it will not exceed one year from the submission of the application. The platform for the submission of applications will remain open for the persons concerned until 31/12/2025.

3. The user of the action entitled “Provision of financial support to married Greek citizens (parents), born in Greece who are permanent residents of the Dodecanese or Evros or Lesvos or Samos or Chios and who are going to have a third child and beyond between 26^th June of 2024 and 26^th June of 2025”, states and accepts expressly and unreservedly that all his/her activities in the present system and the use thereof will be subject to the present terms of use and the legislation in force at each time.
4. Each user is obliged to assist in the event of claims against the Foundation and release it from any liability for compensation, expenses (including reasonable court expenses), court decisions and other third-party expenses or claims which may arise from breaches of: third-party rights, such as indicatively rights of intellectual or industrial property, related rights etc. pursuant to L. 2121/1993 as amended and in force.
5. Τhe Foundation is bound, regarding personal data processing as part of the Action “Provision of financial support to married Greek citizens (parents), born in Greece who are permanent residents of the Dodecanese or Evros or Lesvos or Samos or Chios and who are going to have a third child and beyond between 26^th June of 2024 and 26^th June of 2025”, by the European Directive 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council about the protection of natural persons against personal data processing and for the free circulation of said data (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), as in force at each time, and L. 4624/2019 (Gov. Gaz. 137/Α/2019) “Hellenic Data Protection Authority, measures for the implementation of Regulation (ΕU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the 27the of April 2016 about the protection of natural persons against personal data processing and incorporation in the national legislation of Directive (ΕU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and the Council of the 27the of April 2016 and other provisions” as in force at each time. More specifically, the Foundation will collect and maintain the users’ personal data which are necessary for the realization of the present action. Access to said data will be granted to employees of the Foundation related to the Action or who carry out the processing for which the consent is granted and third parties who may be used as processors for the realization of the Action or who provide services relevant to the purposes for which personal data are collected. The data will be kept until completion of the Action and thereafter in order to ensure legitimate interests of the Foundation or its legal obligations and for three years from their collection. More specific information regarding personal data processing, as well as the policies and procedures implemented by the Foundation for the protection of users’ privacy are described in detail in the Confidentiality Statement – Personal Data Protection kept at its official site του.
6. In every case the Foundation reserves the right to change the present terms of use without previous notification, uploading the corresponding information on the present site, and users are obliged every time they use the system to follow the relevant information and, if they continue using it, it is assumed that they accept the amended terms.
7. If any of the terms of participation are judged by a competent Court as invalid, illegal or abusive, said term will be considered as deleted, while the remaining terms will not be invalid as a consequence thereof.
