Work

The Foundation focuses on reinforcing public health and education, while also supporting young scientists and people involved in culture and sports. Respective initiatives are implemented to this end.

Health

The "PGF" funds research programmes, seminars, conferences, and other scientific events, as well as printed and online scientific publications in order to forward medical research. To upgrade healthcare facilities, it supplies and installs medical equipment or improves infrastructure on a case-by-case basis.

Sports

To promote sportsmanship and physical education, the "PGF" implements targeted initiatives and supports, financially or otherwise, various organisations and sports associations. To reinforce Greek Sports, it also funds young athletes in Greece, in all types of sports, who participate in local or international competitions.

At the same time, the Foundation organises educational seminars, conferences, and other events and it produces printed or audiovisual information material.

Culture

The “PGF” organises cultural events, seminars, lectures, exhibitions, competitions, and educational programmes. Moreover, it collaborates with institutions such as museums, culture hubs, libraries, etc. to organise events and exhibitions, as well as to produce printed or audiovisual material.

The Foundation also offers funding and gives awards to young scientists, artists, and writers, with the aim of promoting educational and scientific research.

Environment

To raise environmental awareness, the "PGF" organises information events and educational programmes, it launches reforestation projects, and supports institutions that promote sustainable development.
